01.Your Right to Unsubscribe

Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), you have the right to withdraw your consent to receive commercial electronic messages — including email newsletters, listing alerts, market updates, and text messages — from Suresh Pantham and RE/MAX Metropolis Realty, Brokerage* at any time, free of charge.

Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days as required by law, though we typically action them much sooner.

03.Other Ways to Unsubscribe

• Click the "Unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of every commercial email we send.
• Reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.
• Email us directly at suresh@remaxmetropolis.ca with the subject line "CASL Unsubscribe".
• Call our office at 905-555-0100 and ask to be removed from our contact lists.

04.What Unsubscribing Does Not Affect

Withdrawing consent applies to commercial electronic messages only. If you are involved in an active real estate transaction with us, we may still need to send you transactional or legally required communications — such as documents for signature, appointment confirmations, or regulatory notices — which are not covered by CASL's consent requirements.
